I&#39;m sure it is often a challenge to find foods that are both healthy and great tasting.<br /><br />One thing to note though---Fiber One and General Mills aren&#39;t marketing this product as &quot;high in protein&quot; or as being a good source of protein toward your daily requirement. It is aimed at providing 40% of your daily fiber - many people, myself included have struggled to get enough fiber in their diet and this is a tasty, easy way to increase that. There is only 1g of protein… the same as the most sugar laden kids cereal. It has a sawdust texture when chewed and a very unpleasant artificial sweetner aftertaste. I will either return the box to the store of purchase of throw it away. You can’t get me to waste my carbs (I’m diabetic) on another bowl of this.MPKnoreply@blogger.com
